Vietnam e-visa
Apply and pay the fee online on the official e-visa portal of Vietnam's Immigration Department before you travel, then enter through a border gate that accepts e-visas.

Visa exemption
Citizens of some countries can enter Vietnam without a visa under the unilateral or bilateral lists published by Vietnam's Ministry of Foreign Affairs; the permitted stay and conditions depend on nationality.

Visa on arrival
Issued at an international border gate only in the cases allowed by law, usually after a sponsoring organisation in Vietnam has applied in advance; it is different from the e-visa you apply for yourself online.

Government fees, paid by you

Vietnam's Ministry of Finance sets visa fees in US dollars. You pay the e-visa fee yourself on the official portal. Tu Do Travel never collects government fees.

E-visa, single entry: 25 USD
E-visa, multiple entry: 50 USD

Not refunded if the e-visa is not granted.

Is this the official Vietnam e-visa website?

No. Visa to Vietnam is run by Tu Do Travel, a private company. The official e-visa portal is evisa.gov.vn, and we link to it on every page.

Do you collect the e-visa fee?

No. You pay the government fee yourself on the official portal. If you use our help, we quote our work separately for your case.

Can you submit my application at the Immigration Department?

No. We advise, guide and help you fill in forms and use the online systems. You or your sponsor submit the application through the official channels.

Can you make the decision faster?

No. Processing times and decisions belong to Vietnam's immigration authorities. We help you make the application complete and correct before you submit it.
