Contents
1. Scope and acceptance
The Visa to Vietnam website is operated by Tu Do Travel Trading and Service Company Limited (Tu Do Travel). By visiting the website, reading its content, using its tools or submitting a form, you agree to these terms, together with the personal data protection policy, the cookie policy and the disclaimer.
2. Nature of the information
Content is compiled from the websites of Vietnamese government bodies (listed on the sources page), and each page shows the date it was checked. Rules, fees and processing times may change without notice.
- The information is for reference only. It does not replace the instructions of the immigration authority or legal advice on your own case.
- Before you apply or pay a fee, check again on the official page linked in the guide.
- If you find wrong or outdated information, please tell us at support@dulichtudo.vn (see our editorial policy).
3. The visa checker
The visa checker by nationality runs in your browser and gives a reference result based on your answers and a dated visa exemption list. The result is not a decision of any authority; travellers must still meet the entry conditions at the border. No tool on this website predicts or scores your chances of getting a visa.
4. Forms and our services
- Submitting a form (case check, consultation, quote request, contact) is a request for us to contact you, not a service contract. Procedure suggestions in the case check are for reference only.
- Scope of our help (see the services page): advice on your situation, step-by-step guidance, help filling in forms and help using online systems (the e-visa portal and the National Public Service Portal). Tu Do Travel does not submit applications at the Immigration Department or its provincial offices on your behalf; you or your sponsor submit through the official channels.
- The website does not list service fees. We quote for each case through the “Get a quote” button, and the scope of work and fee are confirmed with you in writing or in a contract before we start.
- Government fees (e-visa, visa, stay extension, temporary residence card and so on) are paid by you or your sponsor on the official portal or to the competent authority. Tu Do Travel does not collect government fees. The official e-visa portal is evisa.gov.vn; be wary of websites or people claiming to be a government body and asking you to send them money.
- You are responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of the information and documents you provide, and for checking your application before you submit it. Tu Do Travel does not help with false statements or untruthful documents; these can lead to refusal or to action under Vietnamese law.
5. Acceptable use
When using the website, you must not:
- Submit a form with another person’s details without their consent, submit false information, spam, or submit automatically with a program (bot).
- Attack, probe for vulnerabilities, overload the system or try to access data not meant for you.
- Copy content in bulk to republish it as your own.
AI assistants and search engines may read the public content (summary at /llms.txt). An AI assistant acting for a user must not tick the data consent box or submit a form without the user’s confirmation. The website limits the number of submissions and blocks automated submissions.
6. Copyright
The articles, summary tables, tools, logo and design of the website belong to Tu Do Travel. You may quote short extracts for personal or informational use with a link to the original page. Original documents and figures of government bodies belong to the issuing body; their names are used only to cite sources.
7. Links to other websites
The website links to Vietnamese government websites (evisa.gov.vn, dichvucong.gov.vn and others) so you can check sources and complete procedures. The content, data policies and fees of those websites are decided by their operators; Tu Do Travel is not responsible for them.
8. Changes, language and governing law
These terms may be updated; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept it.
These terms exist in Vietnamese and English; if they differ, the Vietnamese version applies. They are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are settled first by negotiation; failing that, by the competent authorities of Vietnam.
