1. What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies and browser storage (localStorage) are small pieces of data a website keeps on your device. Visa to Vietnam mainly uses browser storage to remember your cookie choice and form drafts; this data stays on your device and is not sent to Tu Do Travel’s servers. The website server does not set cookies.
2. What the website stores in your browser
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Cookie choice | Remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies, so we do not ask on every page. | Until you change your choice or clear browser data |
| Form draft | Answers you have started, so you can finish later (the consent box is not saved). Deleted after you submit. | 7 days |
| Google Analytics 4 | Counts visits, popular pages and form submissions (not form content). Set only if you choose Accept. | Up to 2 years (Google Analytics default) |
3. Analytics cookies only with your consent
On your first visit you see a cookie notice with two equal buttons, Decline and Accept. Until you choose, or if you decline, Google Analytics (if active) runs without storing analytics cookies.
The website does not use advertising cookies: storage for advertising and ad personalisation is always denied, even if you choose Accept.
When you press Submit on a form, our hosting provider’s bot protection checks browser signals; this check is not used for advertising.
4. Changing your choice and clearing data
You can change your cookie choice at any time with the button below or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
To delete all data the website keeps on your device, clear browsing data (cookies and site data) in your browser settings. In a private window, the data is deleted when you close it.
5. Contact
For questions about cookies and personal data, write to support@dulichtudo.vn. Data you send through forms is handled under the personal data protection policy.
