Granting or refusing a visa, a stay extension or a temporary residence card, processing times and requests for more documents are matters for Vietnam’s immigration authorities. Permission to enter is decided by the immigration control officers at the border. Tu Do Travel helps make your application complete, consistent and in line with the instructions, but cannot promise or predict any outcome.

Tu Do Travel only gives advice, guidance, help filling in forms and help using online systems. We do not submit applications at the Immigration Department or its provincial offices, we do not sign documents for you or your sponsor, and we do not intervene in the decision.

Fees for visas, stay extensions and temporary residence cards are set by the Ministry of Finance and collected by government bodies; the e-visa fee is paid on the official portal.
