Day 1: Ha Noi Arrival (B)
Arrive at NoiBai Airport. Meeting with guide and transfer to the hotel. Welcome dinner featured with Vietnamese specialty. Overnight in hotel.
Day 2: Ha Noi - Ba Be Lake (B)
AM.: Depart for BaBe Lake, an mountain area, which is nearly 200 km far from Hanoi. Arrive on midday.
PM: Visit BaBe area : Nang river, grottos, waterfall. Overnight at ethnic village, namely PacNgoi, where visitors can get to know about Tay People. Enjoy daily meals of ethnic minorities. Overnight in guest's house
Day 3: Trekking from Ba Be to Tay's villages (B)
AM 7-hour hard trekking to visit Tay's village accompanied by local guide. Take away lunch will be arranged. It takes 5-hour walk to the village - spend time with ethnic people. Overnight in the village of ethnic people
Day 4: Trekking back to Ba Be Lake - Leave for TuyenQuang(B)
Walking back Babe lake. Free time on this day for leisure, taking picture…
PM :Depart to Tuyen Quang, an old headquarter of Viet Nam Revolution. Lunch on the way. Overnight in Tuyen Quang.
Day 5: Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang (B)
AM : Depart to Ha Giang town in 4 hour.
PM : Freetime to visit this beautiful town. Overnight in Ha Giang hotel.
Day 6: Ha Giang - Dong Van(B) There is a sunday market.
Depart in the early morning to visit the wonderful world of ethnic minorities people. Going on the moutain with many impressive sceneries and visiting many basically ethnic villages and colourful weekly markets. Lunch at Quang Ba town. Overnight in Dong Van guest house.
Day 7: Dong Van - Meovac - Ha Giang - Vi Xuyen (B)
Turn back to Ha Giang from Dong Van. Continually to discover some cheerful and colourful ethnic Markets on the way. Lunch at Yen Ninh town.
Enjoy ThanhHa resort hot stream. Visit Hmong villages and Trang village near ThanhHa Resort. Overnight in Thanhha Resort.
Day 8: HaGiang - Bac Ha(B)
Leave for BacHa via Khe Pass, Tuyen Quang province. This day is a hard travelling by car but there will be beautiful scenery on route.Overnight at Saomai hotel.
Day 9:CanCau - BacHa (B) on Saturday
Visit CanCau Market an outstanding feature of ethnic people in the North. Or visit BacHa market which is organized weekly only in Sunday. 2 hour trekking to discover villages of ethnic minorities (SanDiu, HaNhi, Xa ...) that remain natural and unspoiled by tourists. Buying souvenir from ethnic people. Short walk to discover some surrounding villages (4-6 hours) with local guide.Overnight in Saomai Hotel.
Day 10: BacHa - SaPa (B) on Sunday morning
BacHa market. the beginning of the day on which you visit a big market filled with many different hill-tribe peoples. This is the most colourful market in North Vietnam. At the market, you have chance to enjoy BacHa people's simple but unique kinds of food with special wines made from rice, cassavas, corn and different sorts of fruits such as plumps, apples, peaches... talking to the minorities through the guide's interpretation. Leave the market for the H'mong King's house (King Hoang A Tuong) built by the French colonists and the Chinese in 1920. Return the town for lunch. In the afternoon, spend time visiting another village (BanPho village) Say good bye to BacHa and get back to Sapa. On the way back, drop in to see the Vietnamese and Chinese Harbour Mouth in LaoCai. Reach Sapa late in the afternoon. Check in hotel.

Day 11: Sa Pa - TamDuong (B)

Get up early in the morning for fresh atmosphere in the countryside. Breakfast and continue for the next village of the Red Dzao minority (GiangTaChai village). Visit silver waterfall and a nice rattan bridge. Cross the river and go up to the mountain for SuPan village and then take a jeep back to Sapa. Depart for Tam Duong. Overnight in TamDuong-PhongTho.
Day 12 : Tam Duong - Sin Ho - Lai Chau (B)
A.M.: Trekking by shortcut to SinHo villages. Car will run free and meet travelers at Sinho village. Continue to drive to LaiChau town. Hugging rice terraced mountainsides and fording turbulent rivers, our travels today are visually spectacular. Overnight in LaiChau. Overnight in guest's house

Day 13 : Laichau - Dien Bien Phu (B)
Morning : Boat trip on Da river. Impressive scenery, and hill tribe villages fill the journey to Dien Bien Phu, the last bastion of French power in Indochina. Monuments, museums and preserved bunkers tell the story of the final and victorious liberating battle of 1954. Overnight in DienBien.

Day 14 : Dien Bien - Son la (B)
Am : Visit the old battle field.

Pm : leave Dien Bien for Sonla. We visit the Prison Museum, which remains as a poignant reminder of the inequities of the former French colonial rule Overnight at CongDoan hotel.

Day 15 : Sonla - Maichau (B)

Am: Depart to Maichau. Enjoy sightseeing on the route.The road to Maichau is lined with fruit orchards, tea plantations, towering mountains and the traffic of Black Thai, Mea, Muong and White Thai hill tribe people heading to markets.. We spend the night in a village long house of the White Thai minority, experiencing their wonderful hospitality, traditional dancing and rice wine. Overnight at Maichau town.

Day 16 : Maichau - Hanoi (B)

Am: Spend the morning biking through Mai Chau Valley to remote Thai villages nestled at the base of the mountains. After lunch. Back to Hanoi. Enjoy sightseeing on the route. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.
Day 17: Ha Noi dept.(B)

Am : Free time for shopping .

Pm : Transfer to airport to leave Hanoi
