Prices are according to category of accommodations, vehicles and others services mentioned on each programme.

The reservation is validated only if you have received a confirmation of SINHCAFE TRAVEL and upon your payment of deposit.

Confirmation [ Top]

You should acknowledge your reservation by fax, mail or e-mail to SINHCAFE TRAVEL at least 10 working days before your arrival in Vietnam. Your reservation is valid only if you have already acknowledged your reservation.

Cancellation [ Top]

If a client decides not to participate in the tour, the deposit will be retained to cover cancellation charges.

If you cancel 30 days before your arrival, deposit is full refundable.
If you cancel 10 -20 days before your arrival, 50% of deposit is refundable.
If you cancel less than 10 days before your arrival, deposit is non refundable.

No refund or reduction will be made to any member of GROUP/F.I.T who breaks the journey from the itinerary or any part of the itinerary in Vietnam.

A deposit of 20 % of the tour price per booking is required within 14 working days before your arrival.
Deposit should be sent by bank draft or transfer to the bank account of SINHCAFE TRAVEL - ASIA PACIFIC TRAVEL Co ltd.

Bank credit transfer as well as expenses, which must be charged by the customer, are credited on the above account.

Credit card: [ form of authorization ] For payment by credit card, 3% of expenses are charged by customer who has to fill in the form and make a copy of his credit card, then both documents must be faxed to the following number: (84.4) 7567862. The form and photocopy of your credit card must be sent to VietnamOpentour which are regarded as the final and legal proof of your payment for VietnamOpentour.
As the payment has been made, VietnamOpentour will draw up a confirmation which is handed out to the customer when he is arrived in Vietnam.

Voucher
Vouchers are to be issued by Vietnam Open Tour for all bookings. A copy of the clients' itinerary should be enclosed with the vouchers and should reach the clients on arrival or at the beginning of the booked arrangements.

Liability
VietnamOpenTour.Com is committed to doing it's utmost to provide the services to the best of it's capacity and upon the satisfaction of it's clients. It's the understanding of the concerned parties that Vietnam Open Tour acts as an intermediary between the clients and airlines, hotels, transport operators and other contractors providing the services to it's clients. Vietnam Open Tour will in no event be liable to the clients, by reason of breach of services or unsatisfactory services provided to the clients by third parties or by way of indemnity or in tort or otherwise, for any loss, injury, damage, delay and change in schedule or other adverse events, which are beyond the control of Vietnam Open Tour and /or sustained by an act or default of any person or company providing the services to the clients. The clients warrant that Vietnam Open Tour will not be responsible and/or liable for any additional expense and/or damage incurred due to any delay, accidents, natural disasters, political changes or social unrests.

Claims
All disputes, claims and litigation regarding the services will first be settled by way of negotiations and mutual understanding. In the event such negotiations and mutual understanding fail. The disputes, claims and litigation will be finally settled by arbitration of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of the services.

Insurance [ Top]

Upon request. Insurance fee is 1.5USD per day per person, covered with accident insurance up to 10000 USD ( Ten thousand US Dollar) by Vietnam Insurance Company “BaoViet”.

Meals [ Top]

According to many types of our programmes, breakfast is not always included, and therefore you can make a choice for your convenience. Generally in remote areas, we recommend you having Sinhcafe travel take care of your meals because it’s probably more expensive and quite difficult for you to arrange it on your own.

Budget hotels: Generally these are small guest houses or mini hotels: basic room with or without A/C, separate bathroom.

Standard hotels: The standard of accommodation. A/C, satellite T.V, hotel restaurant for breakfast, telephone at reception, equal 2stars to 3 stars international hotel.

Deluxe hotels: Equal 3 stars to 5 stars international hotel. A/C, 24 hours room service, often large rooms and good views, choice of oriental and western cuisine, telephone in each room, business centre, etc.

NOTE : In some areas, especially in remoted areas, there is no choice of standard or deluxe hotels, but sometimes there is only budget, or there is only guest house with basic condition.
